"I must say, Richard is by far the most comforting tradesman I have met! He keeps appointments, and also texts to remind you of the date and time when he shall be arriving (very prompt). We had just moved into the property and had some power fitted in the garage, which was the job we called him for, but before he left he did (out of good will) some odd jobs around the house too.
